Why do you cut them into single ribs in lieu of a rack? Or did the butcher do this at the store? Either way...beef ribs are money. Brisket on a stick!LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

@NPHuskerFL thats the way they were packaged at the store. there was a pack of 4 bone in and multiple packs of boneless.
@JMCXL - first time cooking them i was hoping for 4 hours or so. -
I generally cook them at about 250 at the grid and it takes 5-7 hours. I prefer the ones that are not cut up - speak to the butcher and ask them for the full slab. In my opinion, they taste better and cook better. Restaurant Depot sells them uncut - usually 4 slabs per cryovac package.Lawman58 said:@NPHuskerFL thats the way they were packaged at the store. there was a pack of 4 bone in and multiple packs of boneless.

I bet those will be good.
Where did you get that rub? Looks like a nice pepper based rub.
