We have done smashburgers twice now on the new blackstone. Absolutely awesome. Between it and the egg. My family never knows what kind of meal their getting!! Yours look great

Looks like I'm firing up the egg tonight for some smash burgers. I always thought burgers on the egg were kind of bland until I started smashing them. I can't do it any other way now, or the wife will say, "Why aren't they smashed?"
