    FYI - this is the pink 40lb stuff Franklin uses.  This is a big roll, and I highly recommend the 24" dispensor available on Amazon.  Your brisket will without question taste better if finished in pink paper, or so I tell myself.

    Can you use grocery bags?  Sure (see below), but I like toys, and it's enjoyable to use what the pros use.
