this ones rhode island style, boil it down. these are called gaggers the dog is butterfried
3 pounds ground beef
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh
ginger root
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
10 ounces ketchup
