I think it's fair to say that folks around here will not reach consensus on this. Wrapping can speed up the cook and soften the meat while keeping it moist. If you overdo the time in foil they can end up mushy (which most people love, but BBQ purists see it as a sign of overcooking). I like to not wrap but spritz them with apple juice after about 2 hours and every 30-60 minutes after that.
