Big Tasty and Tender BBQ Beef Ribs
Cooked these up last weekend on one of my other smokers. Would work just fine on the BGE. Cook ribs at 275F for approx 3 hours until you get the color you want then wrap in foil and add beef consume and 1/2 pint of beer. Cook for another 2.5-3 hours or until they're reading about 200F-203F between the bones. These are not the tough ribs you had as a kid. These things end up just as tender as well cooked spares and they taste like brisket on a stick.
