Pork Chops With Hardcore Carnivore - Red

A buddy and fellow member on here turned me onto Jess Pryles Hardcore Carnivore rubs earlier this week after he raved about how good his last tri-tip turned out. Luckily I was able to find both the Black and the new Red Hardcore Carnivore rubs locally at my preferred BBQ shop so I didn't have to wait for shipping. Im going to do a tri-tip with the Black this weekend but I had a chance to try out the Red last night on some bone-in pork chops that I grilled up on my BGE. I know I should have taken more before pics but all I can say is that they came out awesome! Intense bold flavor with some pretty good "kick". Not so much spice, more some just really solid full flavor. I did a reverse sear at 275 indirect on my CGS Woo until I hit 130 internal temp. Took them off, covered in foil and let them rest for a full 10mins while I brought the Egg up to around 600 and then seared them at the felt line for a total of 3mins (1:30 per side).
