Huli Huli chicken

I followed Meatheads recipe and made some Huli Huli chicken tonight. It's delicious! 350 raised direct with a cherry chunk thrown in.

Ha. I haven't had good tastebuds since Veterans Day! Sinus infection here. I just get little flashes of taste.

Huli huli means family, and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.


For the Huli Huli sauce: In a small saucepot over medium-low heat, combine the pineapple juice, ketchup, soy sauce and sherry vinegar. Once the liquid simmers, whisk in the brown sugar and ginger.
