Pork loin roast

I did one for Christmas. I rubbed it with a package of the onion soup mix and the wrapped in bacon. Towards the end of the cook I put some Sweet Baby Ray's on it so the onion wasn't overpowering. Leftovers made for some great sandwiches.1 LBGE. Winder, GA

I finally had time to cook the pork loin and wanted to share
wife wanted it cooked we debated and started at 170 and I got her down to 155.
Cooked for 2 1/2 hours at 325 until155 internal temp. I used BGE Lump, and the Rig setup. This was the first time I cooked without the platesetter but I got over it real fast as the rig was perfect for this cook Thanks for your help I wanted to share. Chimney was much easier too
check out that smoke ring!
