Cook for 1 hour 50 minutes. A bit longer than the recipe. Used meskite for smoke.  The smoke was set to be slight

Definitely have to try this.  Not sure if i've seen achiote paste before?  May have to make a trip to a international market.

Tacos are my absolute favorite. Made my first on the BGE yesterday out of a butt I smoked. I will certainly try these!
