We will set a start date and everyone doing it will email me pictures (appropriate) of starting weight on scales and some way of verifying the date (a newspaper, etc.) then do the same by the end

I lost 90 pounds this last year, I went from a fat 270 to 178 pounds and super lean.  Why couldn't y'all have done this last year?!?!?

It's all about eating less calories that you are burning.  Download MyFitnessPal from the App Store and enter all your stats.  For your activity level pick the lowest one.  Then it's as simple as eating less calories than the number they give you.  As you lose weight the number of calories you can eat will go down.  So for example, if your body burns 2500 calories a day, if you eat 1500 calories a day you will lose 2 pounds per week.

i smashed up my hand this week, so that works great for me.  i'm not so keen on making big changes tomorrow,
