Christmas Empanadas

These were supposed to be an appetizer for a Christmas Eve party but I was too tired, so now they are Christmas Day lunch. 

Two dipping sauces: a balsamic chimmichurri and an avocado salsa. 

Fillings: onion, ground beef, ground Spanish chorizo, potatoe, mushrooms, green olives, green onion, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper.
