Smoking turkey

Options
I am smoking a turkey breast the day before Christmas.  What temp should 8 pull it?  What is thebest way to reheat without drying it out?  It is brining now

    Options
    Pull at 150F.  Put in a bag, remove all the air, throw in cold water to cool down.  Refrigerate.  Before serving the next day, reheat in 140F hot water for 2 hours.  Cut before serving.
