Bacon, Bacon, Bacon...and more bacon

Some snow today, picked up an online special for Papa Murphy's family size pie for $10.10 OTD. Cruised down the Avenue in 4HI. Saw a couple of fender benders.
Cleaned out the egg before the storm. Just wasn't feelin' it tonight. Resorted to Plan C, the hot box. (Plan B being the Blackstone)
Couldn't leave well enough alone. Added more bacon, grated parm, whole milk mozz, ernyin, and a swirl of Mike's Hot Honey.

Been tending to a boy with Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease, picked him up from school Friday...first real food he has ate in a couple of days. Washed it down with some good root beer. Now we're waiting for Rudolph and Frosty on TV tonight.
"If yer gonna denigrate".......it felt good to go slummin' tonight. Pie was tasty for ten bones, tossed it on the preheated Griswold griddle after 10 minutes to crisp up, worked like a champ.
Thanks fer lookin'.

An incredible honor, for you to take the time, and comment on my take and bake....means a lot.

what caliber is that shell in the first picture or is that some fancy kitchen tool?Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Lemme guess - 50 BMG bottle opener????Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

@Focker where are you located? Hand, Foot, and Mouth has been very bad around northeast Georgia lately, I'm getting over it now myself.

Sorry about your little bud, hoping he gets to feeling better soon. Take care of the little guy.
Pizza looks like it would heal almost anything.

On the banks of the Mississippi River in East Moline, IL.
That sucks GaBGE, doesn't occur often in adults. My luck, I'll end up with it too. My guy still isn't ready to head back to school tamara.
Here are 2 of the 6 I found in his mouth.
They hurt. Best thing out of the deal, is riding it out with Luigi's Italian Ice from Sam's, and Whitey's Ice Cream, and Ibuprofen treatments prn.
Hoping yours subside quickly.BrandonQuad Cities
