The BGE chili using leftover brisket is very good, you can put in any of your favourite rubs with/in lieu of the chili powder. SWMBO likes it with Penzey's BBQ of the Americas.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
