Nice table sir. No clue what it's worth but I'm thinking $400 is a great deal.Snellville, GA

@slovelad $400 seems fair. You've done a lot of work, and it looks like you know what you're doing.
Are you offering the option of finishing the table as well? I think guys who are inclined to buy a wood instead of making their own, possibly are not the type to do their own finishing / sealing.Phoenix -

I do agree that $400 seems like a fair price. If I was interested in a wood table I'd pay that for that table.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -
@RRP yep, I do wood work in my spare time to bring in a little cash.
I graduate in the spring, so between graduation and taking the bar I won't be doing anything but studying.l next summer -

You could add a grab bar that could be used to push/pull table or to hang a towel. drawer slides in area under egg or slide out tray.

Very nice table but I wouldn't buy one for my own use, I don't like having to refinish every 3-4 years. All my eggs are on an open deck in the elements and no matter what finish I use the sun and moisture takes it toll. I went with this table,
got it used has a few scratches and dents but at $500.00 I love it.

I think the hardware idea from @Tspud1 is a great idea that would add some character and would be fairly cheap. Even if you had to add $50 to the price it would still be a good deal. The finishing part can be fairly easy and somewhat cheap. Just depends how you tackle it. The better it looks to the eye, the better it sells.Snellville, GA

That's where the money is - all the dealer installed options.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -

Have seen something similar at Ikea. The model is called the "Eggen Hölden".
Jokes aside, your table looks great. -
That certainly looks like a fair price for a solid looking product to me. Good luck.Stillwater, MN

Some of the epic threads have been new people trying to sell stuff in their first posts. That mini cooper for sale was great entertainment. So was they guy trying to sell his dad's cutting boards. Seems to me there was also a debacle involving t-shirts.
I don't mind @slovelad mentioning what he's doing though - he's been a good poster and has been around a while. Just don't work it into every post @slovelad , or we'll flag the hell out of ya!

That's great looking work, but I wouldn't buy a pine table for any price. I also wouldn't set my egg on a wooden base. If your table was made of cypress and had a marble base for the egg to sit upon and a marble in lay on the top, then I would be willing to pay top price.

@Hub I need customers like you! lol all mine are too cheap. 8 can't even imagine what something like that would cost 1000? 1200?
