SRF - Brisket
Need help.....started a 15lb brisket this morning at 7am, dome temp@250 and cooked to a internal temp 170. Wrapped in foil and will cook until 200 internal temp but i have stalled. My temp is down to 144 and dropping...i have all my vents wide open and a cyber q watching and controlling.
what am i doing wrong????

Grill at 140? Foil, towel, cooler brisket and fix the fire! Then put in back on. Probably low on fuel.

Agree with John, I did a 16lb SRF last week and it was about 9-10 hours from start to plate. And well worth it too.JohnInCarolina said:

No reason for the temp drop unless you ran out of fuel.
