Needed some real comfort food this evening. Licking the wound and all. Marinated skirt steak, fried flour tortilla chips, scratch queso, guacamole and pico. This was amazing. Thanks for looking.

Marinade on the skirt, which holds up to the acid was: 2 limes juiced, 1 orange juiced, one clove of garlic chopped, 1 C cilantro rough chopped, 1/2 C olive oil and S& P.
