i have a whole breast left from today's spatchcock (came out amazing) and I'm curious how to reheat it. I cut it off the bone when we were carving but it's intact.
I really dislike the taste of reheated poultry in general so I was thinking of maybe recooking it on the egg? I really don't know if it's adviseable or not but I'm curious what you guys think.

I reheat almost all protein/Egg leftovers by steaming them. Wrap in foil, and set in the steamer basket of my stockpot. The skin isn't Egg-crisp, but the meat doesn't dry out either. Works for me._____________

Hot tub. Meaning Sous Vide. Vacuum seal and water bath. Skin might not be crispy, but the meat should be just about as good as fresh.

Put in a ziplock and reheat in warm water on the stove. Not boiling but somewhere around 140°. Skin will be soft but meat will be juicy.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

I won't have a problem with it this year, my breast turned up dry.... so my leftovers will be just as dry.

I use my left overs with chicken or turkey in soups. I make chicken/turkey veggie noodle soup, chili, sammies etc. Never reheated.

Warmed up my leftover turkey in the microwave and it was just as moist and juicy as it was when it was cut last night.1 LBGE. Winder, GA
