Recipe from amazing ribs, pineapple with dp pineapple head, and a sweet potato. One of my wonderful wife's favorite dinners.

Thanks for the recall- used to fire up the Huli-Huli about every 2-3 weeks when in HI.  Need to give it another run.  I recall the recipe I used was heavy on marinating in Caesar Salad dressing, pineapple juice and soy.  Of course, I can't find it in my files and no acknowledgement in my one and only HI cook book.  Oh, well-we shall make it work.

Good looking meal, I'm going to try it this weekend. I'm also a fan of the fine china- so much easier sometimes.

That's looks great. I need to start dabbling with sweet potatoes. Pretty foreign for us northerners
