 Mrs3969 is gone on biz so I cooked for me.  

Grassfed Ribeye on the mini at 500°   Sorry for the crappy pic but I know I gotta have the obligatory egg shot.  


Then some asparagus went on while the meat rested


I hit the cauliflowerr mash with the stick blender right after I pulled the asparagus 

Plated with some fresh chives on the mash


And the cut view 


This is was my first time for cauli mash and it didn't suck!   Thanks for looking.

I'd hit it.....except for the asparagus. You can keep the the asparagus.

Actually I boiled it on the cooktop for bout 7mins.  I didn't even think about using my steamer.  Duh!!

I feel that way about the cauliflower but I can handle the asparagus in small doses.
