Now, that's a flavor blast if I've ever seen one. Very nice combination. Gotta try some white wine vinegar next time in our spinach, kale, and garlic saute. Thanks for the idea.

Thank you @Dredger ! You can use about any vinegar on hand, but I do like the white wine a tad better than the red wine vinegar.  

I had leftovers for lunch today it was very tasty still.  I wanted more actually.
