my first try at a 3 layer cook. Brussels sprouts on the lower level, spatchcock chicken with a coffee rub, butternut squash and mushrooms on top.
Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.
