Cooking on the Flat Top Griddle!

Man I love making a Breakfast for dinner on the flat top griddle and tonight was no exception. Made potatoes, onion, green peppers and mushrooms along with pork sausage and eggs over easy. Wife gave me a kiss for this one and must have said a dozen times how good the potatoes were and that everything tastes different cooked on the flat top. It is like being at a old country diner where you can watch the cook do his magic. Sorry I didn't get any pictures as I was busy turning the potatoes and then adding everything else. Pick this one up at Academy Sports the 36" one and have it on the back deck. If you love to cook like I do you need one of these as they are fun. Worked awesome for fajita's a couple weeks ago.

I had good intentions but got busy turning them potatoes and it slipped my mind. In my defense I am 71 years old. I will get them next time.

Dude, pictures. We will let it slide, this time, but don't come in here yakking about delicious food, with no pics, kills your street cred.
