Lamb Loin Chops and Nola's Potatoes au Gratin downsized.
Aussie lamb chops marinated in garlic, oil, thyme and rosemary. Grilled direct. Brussels with just oil, bacon fat, salt and pepper. Pecan for smoke. Carey's au gratin taters. This didn't suck!
Carey's taters were done by my much better half. They rock! She really enjoyed reading through the "descriptive" recipe. She really M'fing did! Thanks for looking.

You did the au gratins in the egg? If not, you fired it up just for three lamb chops? I'm new, and curious what others use their egg for. I left my 18.5" Weber on the deck for direct cooking. Should it go in the basement next to the 22" Weber? Oh, awesome end result. And scenic view!
