Beef O' Brady's Wings

I found these in Publix earlier. First time I've seen them, but now we are fans!  Great stuff. The wings were seasoned simply with S&P, along with some baking powder for crispness.  Added a little peachwood to the coals.

    Anything with habanero is a definite winner-and those wings look most eggcellent.  Great cook right there.
    Edit:  gotta admit I didn't initially focus on the originator of the post.  Once I saw it was @Dyal_SC there was never a doubt about the outcome.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
