GaryLange said:I personally think it is a great combo! My mother, God rest her sole, made that quite often when I was a kid. The wife and I make it off and on now or we kick it up with some Spam on top and back it. I guess I will have to try doing it indirect on the BGE with some smoke thrown in for good measure. Nothing wrong with cooking the things you loved as a kid and still do today.
