    Looks delicious, a beautiful plate of goodness right there. I am sure the purest will cringe with this but try McCormick Smoakhouse Maple Grill Mates (liberally) on those some time.....Outstanding my friend, and will provide a beautiful color.....

    Been enjoying some pork chops lately as well.  I marinate them in Allegro hot for 24 hours then hit them with a light rub before putting them on the Egg.

    Yours look great and want me to make some more already.  As always, great cook Ross!

    Almost impossible to not make a great chop on tbe egg. I love tour cook, looks delicious.
    I use a teriyaki and pineapple juice marinade, spiked with sirracha.
