My smoked chuckie

All those smoked chuckies looked really good to me so I cooked one for company this weekend along with some shrimp ABTs:

All star dish! Will absolutely cook again. My temps were higher (375ish) for most of the braise so there didn't end up being a ton of liquid but it pulled really easy. Used some natty boh instead of stout and subbed two poblanos for one of the bell peppers but otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

First time doing shrimp abts, the shrimp were slightly overcooked but ABTs are always a crowd pleaser.
