Lobster Tails

Today I bought the larger tails at SAMs they were ok. I will stick to the smaller ones from the grocery store here on out though.  Just a better texture and maybe more tender IMO.   Cooked at 250 indirect.

I do them direct at 350-375, the bigger the better. Lean meats do hot and fast very well,  big pieces of shellfish do just fine.

Maybe that was it. I cooked them the way I normally do.

I can't tell the weight by the pic but indirect for shellfish (in the shell) needs to be a higher temp or just go direct and stand watch closeby.

Same here, recommend quick cook direct.

She'll fish, quick and fast. I learned how, because it is so delicious, I need to cook it fast so I can eat it fast.
