I wish I had friends that would cook like that for me!!!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

I'm sorry to ask, whats the deal with forks???“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

1/2 gallon of apple cider
1 bottle of Pinot Grigio wine (nothing fancy, you can not taste it.)
1 cup caramel vodka. (Or to taste. We used about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cup)
That is it. You can garnish as you wish. We cut up a few apples and had a few cinnamon sticks. Also, we had ice on the side so the good stuff does not dilute over time.
It is a nice, easy, fall drink.

Steak looks great !!!!! Did you go direct the whole cook ? Reverse sear ? Witch method ?
-
Reverse sear. 220 with a bit of oak to 105 then opened the vents to 115, pulled them, and then seared once the coals were right flipping often.--------------------------------------------------
