Sunday's Ribs

Saturday night, Mrs. G said why don't you cook some ribs tomorrow? Like that was gonna take some arm twisting...

Got the Egg fired up and the ole' faithfull Flame Boss hooked up, prepped the rack of ribs and rubbed them down with Sucklebusters Hog Waller (I think, it was something from them), tossed them back into the fridge and we headed off to Tractor Supply to look for pumpkins and some square hay bails for decorations.

When we got home around 11, I tossed them on the Egg that was chugging along nicely at 225 and got on with the rest of my day. Didn't get any prep pictures or mid cook pictures. In fact, this is the only one I remembered to get. Almost done.

Duke approved. Ate 3 ribs all by himself along with some cornbread.

Only one bone left. Apparently, we're gonna have to start making more than one rack of ribs if he keeps eating this way.
