    Hey, @cazzy - this just showed up today - I completely forgot that I ordered it.  Looks pretty good, but I'll definitely be copying your briskie tacos.





    I need to make sense of his instructions and execute them before I even get to a sharing point.  His instructions came in the form of a two page letter along with a bunch of rambling.  It's also a recipe he used in his restaurant so I have to downsize it.

    Interesting book...I'll have to look that up!



    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....
