Read here the other day...asking who I was and that I was cheating on y'all on another forum.  Not cheating, just coaching baseball and still doing my BBQ thing.

Texas brunch inspired by Valentinas Tex Mex BBQ.  This was unreal and it felt kind of amazing slicing a brisket in the AM.  Brisket, fried egg, bacon and fried potatoes!!!   NOM NOM

Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

    Lol, I would have happily given you one.  My brother finally gave me his tortilla recipe, so I will let you know when I have them locked down!

    Aye, my daughter is hitting K next year my 8 year run with my 2 will be winding down and I will be finding something flexible to keep me busy. It's been a blast, enjoy the run!
