Not posted in ages so here's a few pics

Been lurking loads but not had the time to upload any pics for a while so here's a few pics from the last few weeks enjoy...

Apple & Cherry wood smoked turkey using some Dizzy Pig Whirly Bird.  Put a beer and some chicken stock underneath to steam it slightly

Squeezed in a cheeky evening session late after work between rain storms

Some chorizo roses and sweet pepperdew peppers stuffed with cream cheese.  Chorizo crisped up really nice, the cheese counteracted the spice from the peppers

Tandoori Lamb shoulder turbo'd
