    More fun with the toy, made Simon and Garfunkel turkey skewers for canuck Thanksgiving. Skipped alternate slots on one side to double up, much easier to cook. Cooked on centre cut lump and served with siraccha ketchup.  

    The process went significantly smoother because a day earlier I made sure all skewers had a loose fit, had to shave down 18 sticks out of the 100 pack.



    How tough is it to drive the skewers straight. For me it might end up looking like the old childhood game pick-up-sticks.lol

    @Photo Egg it came with a ss skewer to pre-punch pilot holes, with the guide holes in the thick top plate it was not hard ... more skill needed to insert the knife though since it requires 'eyeballing'!
