Nothing fancy. Just a couple of pork loin pieces smoked at 300 indirect with apple and plain old Sweet Baby Rays.

    About how long did that take to cook?

    @vb4677 I am afraid I don't remember. Probably about an hour and a half. Cooked to 165 or so internal. I usually cook to temp and don't worry too much about time on weekends. Sorry.

    I'm working a whole big dinner thing and I sorta needed to know the timing... but that's about what i figured.  90-120 mins
