Pumpkin waffles & dizzy spice pumpkin ice cream

Roast a pumpkin, chunk it up & add some to your waffle batter; freeze some & add to frozen bananas, Pineapple Head & your milk of choice for the ice cream.

had an extra bowl, had to keep shaking on more pineapple head, it really went well with this



good cook to straddle the seasons, kind of cool the last few days here after a sweltering summer.

Brother lip, I really enjoyed this post. I'm kind of a pumpkin fanatic myself. My wife recently brought home some pumpkin cake cookies, some pumpkin snicker doodle cookies, and some pumpkin stuffed cookies. All 3 were fantastic. As I'm sure all of the above you posted was as well. 
Glad to see that you like waffles and ice cream. I thought that I may be the only one. One of my very favorite snacks is waffles and Neapolitan ice cream.

thanks, that was a regular thing growing up; particularly the Neapolitan squares individually wrapped in that thin white cardboard, perfect size for waffles
