Looks wonderful! I don't know why I think making meatloaf is a pain. I love meatloaf, and when I think about it, it probably isn't harder than some other things I make. But for some reason mixing up a big quantity of meat and all the other stuff in a huge bowl just seem like a pain. I gotta get over that, cause I love meatloaf.
My wife's trying to be healthy, and avoiding red meat most of the time, so I'm going to try a turkey meatloaf next time I cook meatloaf. Have a couple of recipes with ground up mushrooms in them, which sounds good.
