Hanging Chee-Can Legs...Sorta

Options

These started as hanging legs over a CI skillet full of veggies, but I think in the past I used a different skillet. Anyway, I didn't like how the legs were touching the skillet and the fact that I couldn't stir the veggies.

So I dropped the rack another level on the AR with the veggies on that, then put on the original grid on top with the chicken, but now I still couldn't stir the veggies.

Scratch my head...how did I used to do these. Maybe just at the original level? Definitely with a shallower pan.

Screw it. Veggies were almost done, so they went into the box in the kitchen to finish up and the legs got dropped. You gotta remember I'm trying to do all this myself with a toddler running around either trying to touch the Egg or kill himself in other ways as kids that age aren't to bright about what will hurt them and Mrs. G is still at work.

In the end, we got it done and it was kid approved. Well, maybe not so much the veggies, but the chicken was.

Thinking back on it, I used to do these with the original grid on the original level with a shallower pan. Oh well.
