Game Hens

How do folks like to do game hens? Spatchcock or whole, direct or indirect and if direct raised how high?  I'm thinking whole (coz laziness), indirect, up in the dome @400.

Big fan of spatchcocked CGH. Depending on my intended degree of attention I egg direct at normal height for 350 to 375, or 400 for raised. Both ways I start breast side up for about 50 min and then flip for like 10.

They will turn out great just about any way you cook them. On that note, I did some a couple of days ago raised direct, whole, at 425 degrees. They were simply phenomenal. I usually go indirect but I was feeling lazy and said fukk it. It's pretty hard to f up a CGH as they are very versatile.
