Beef Ribs Long Cut / Lobster on SBGE

Took my small to dad's house to grill...Beef Ribs 250 5hrs 3lbs pulled at 210(soft like butter)... needed to be done by 5...Arr hate crunch times.... but little more practice and I'm gonna nail it... everyone loved it but I know what I Know and it's ok. Sorry no BEEF prep pics... not bad for second attempt at BEEF Long Cut ribs

    I myself do not like my beef ribs in a fall off the bone fashion. In my opinion (and what I look for) is the amount of bone exposed on the end of the rib. If it has drawn up about an inch.....its ready for my liken. It is a matter of preference however.....I am sure those brought much joy to those who consumed. The lobsters look outstanding as well....congrats on a great meal.
