15 1/2 hr Butt

Started an 8.25 LB Compac Duroc Pork Butt at 1:00 AM CST at 225 grate.Chris Lilly injection and DP Coarse Grind Dizzy Dust rub.
Just pulled it off the XL at 4:30 PM.
Will rest for 45 minutes or so and pull.

Pulled and plated.
Next time I will start the cook a few hours earlier.
I think a little FTC time makes it a little easier to pull.
