Best BBQ Joint In America

Well now... This is interesting. Kerlin BBQ took 1st in the latest list of top BBQ joints by Business Insider.

But here's what's interesting about them. They smoke their brisket at 400° for 12 hours.

FWIW- when I clicked thru to the article, it was titled the 15 best new BBQ joints in America. Edit: I'm not from Texas....Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
