2 chicken breast scored deep and marinated bout 24hrs in a Thai peanut sauce. On the mini at 400 raised direct
Roasted some cashews
Before the chicken went on I soaked some cukes and red onions with Chinese rice wine, sugar and salt.
Assembled with chicken, zuke & onions, bean sprouts, carrots, cashews and a lil Sriracha No diamond plate tonight, sorry.

Absolutely fabulous. I do something similar with peanuts, I'll have to try cashews. Nicely done!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Then to answer your question, I don't know cuz I never ate at one. I can almost guarantee you they are healthier. But then again hard to compare since I've never tasted their food. I have, and like you stated not too healthy. Brown sugar and soy goes a long way. It's a two part recipe. I'm at the beach right now, but if you are interested, I'll dig up the recipe when I get back.

Prolly wouldn't matter if in Ky or not cuz I've not been much on eating Chinese or Thai out since I've learned the different flavors to reproduce their foods. I'm a cook snob and my wife agrees. Those look awesome. I'd tear that up. Here's a copycat PF Chang lettuce wrap recipe that my wife makes every once in awhile. It's not bad, but isn't like what you made. Yours looks better We've used both ground chicken and ground turkey.
