Still toughing it out

I know I've been out of touch these last, many several months but in real estate during spring and summer, if you snooze you lose.
Anyway, I promised a yearend update on how the finish on our teak wood table is holding up. After a wipe-down today with a vinegar solution, hose rinse and towel drying, the epoxy base and multi-layered varnish top coat couldn't look better... 13 1/2 months after going on: 
The table, of course, stays covered when not being used, but in northeast Florida that alone is no guard against the high humidity. We fire-up at least twice a week...3 to 4 times during the cooler months, while not always checking the forecast first:
Beef...It's what's for dinner tonight.
