Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

lost a lot of character....haha, I had to do the same. Much better setup and a lot easier to move around, find stuff. Now get that thing dirty!

Very awesome, funny thing is I have the same model Weber Genesis and use it to store my extra grates and often wheel the egg next to it in order to use the fold up shelves for holding my maverick thermo..

5.5 years to maker her sick of the old gasser station, 6 months to build because of permits, weather delays, a lot of stone work throughout the yard and the Egg Station was the last item to be worked on...Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX. 2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories. -
