    Truly hot food or sauce will make your ears ring. Not just flame from mouth. Try eating a plate of Blue corn chips with scotch bonnet relish.  :o

    Not knock your head off but I have used them for years. 


    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    The mango pickapeppa sauce is my favorite in that line. It's good stuff.

    I am a big fan of this....not truly a hot sauce in the purest sense....but adds great flavor with a kick.
    We've used this for years in soups and stews - my wife doesn't like anything very hot but likes the little nudge of heat this gives.  Haven't found anything else quite like it.

    @northGAcock I am using it instead of Tabasco in Bloody Caesar right now.  I like it a lot.
