It is just for business but someone on here said Join KCBS you can get in. It is in this post

Business, though it doesn't have to be a food business. Also, if you have a friend with a business, they should be able to get an extra card for you. Or, you can join the KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society) for $35/year and get a day pass as often as you like. I heard they now hand out regular member cards, but not sure if that's at all stores.
