Watermelon feta and mint salad, steak, prawn

Wanted something summery, so put together a salad of watermelon, mint, feta, arugula. Dressing was just OO, black pepper, and a little lemon juice.

The small got the nod last night. Such a convenient little cooker. I don't know what a prawn is but it seemed like a shrimp raised in a nuclear wastewater facility. These things were ridiculous:

Steak swam in the Red Neck Hot Tub. 129 degrees for an hour. Warm pink center, on the rare side of medium rare, awesome. Next time Amazon has the sale I'm getting the real thing.

@jacksdad i wanted two small lobster tails but they didn't have any. luckily they had mutant shrimp
